TwinRock Partners has acquired Gateway, a 450-bed student housing community located near the University of Missouri in Columbia.
The property, to be renamed The Lyfe @ Missouri, was acquired for $21.6 million. Community amenities include fully furnished units; a resort-style pool with a large pool deck and barbecue grills; a fitness center; entertainment and study rooms; a sand volleyball court and lighted basketball court; a tanning bed; and complimentary shuttle service to campus.
